Mobile Terms of Service

TheTrofi mobile message service (the "Service") is provided by the third-party Braze. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or its features without notice. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use following any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

• By consenting to the Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of TheTrofi through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Text messages may include updates, alerts, and promotional offers. Your participation in this program is voluntary.
• We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting STOP or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message. For assistance, text HELP or email support@thetrofi.org.
• We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Content Removal and Account Disabling

We may remove content or disable/terminate your account if it violates our Terms, Community Guidelines, or if required by law. We may do so without notice, but will strive to provide an explanation when feasible.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the Website's settings. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your personal information. For assistance with account deletion, contact support@thetrofi.org.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

Dispute Resolution
